EMDR
EMDR therapy is a powerful and highly effective treatment for trauma. The treatment uses bilateral stimulation of the brain (through eye movements, tapping, and other forms of stimulation) to assist in reprocessing and reducing the distress associated with prior adverse experiences.
Perinatal Health
A parent's job is never done and is extremely demanding. You will find support managing three of the most important challenges of becoming a parent: regulating intense emotions, reconciling with your new “parent identity,” and maintaining healthy relationships.

Utilizing a collaborative therapy approach, I assist clients in exploring their innermost thoughts and beliefs by providing a safe space that welcomes all parts of their history and identity. Our work together in therapy is an opportunity for clients to gain insight and perspective toward living a more meaningful, purposeful, and healthier life.

I combine warmth, compassion, and humor with a structured approach to help clients experience change as a positive journey and engage in the vulnerable process of change. I use this combination so that my clients are not in a vulnerable process alone. I believe that people need a sense of safety and trust in order to engage in the change process.
